Tuesday Tool Tip – Reports Zone Filter

Reports Zone Filter

A Zone Filter has been added to several Reports in P3. The filter was added to the Customer List page, the Invoice Report and Service Call Report.

Zones are a great way to organize your customers by geography. It is also a great way to see where your customers and revenue are concentrated. In addition, on the Dispatch view it is a fast, simple way to schedule service calls to minimize travel time.

While this has been implemented for quite some time, we have recently added the Zones as filters to these pages and reports to make it easier to find information and see trends in your HVAC company.

On these pages the Zone Filter will default to All – meaning customers in all zones will display. However, with the filter you can easily focus on a particular zone by selecting it.
