Tuesday Tool Tip – Customer Loyalty Report

Customer Loyalty Report

P3 provides a Customer Loyalty Report to see how long customers have been on your Service Agreement program.

The report can be found from the main Reports side menu option, under the Service Agreement Section.

The Report displays all Customers that have ever had a Service Agreement with your company. Then, for each Custmer it shows the date of the first Service Agreement along with the date the last service agreement expired.

In addition, the report displays the total number of service agreements the customer purchased.

Each of the columns can be sorted to easily see the customers with the largest number of service agreements purchased or to back historically to see older service agreement customers.
