Tuesday Tool Tip – Customer In Active Details

Customer In Active Details

Ever have a situation where you come across a customer, they are marked In Active, but you don’t know how that happened?

Well, on the P3 Customer Record, you have the ability to see who marked the customer In Active and when.

Go to the customer record and click the Info icon, next to the status. A popup will appear.

The popup contains the person that marked the Customer In Active, along with the date it happened.  Should the status change back to Active, then the icon will no longer display.  This icon is only for displaying information when the status changes to In Active.

Please note this is recent functionality, so it will only display information for changes made after April, 2023.
