Customer Report Updates
Customer Report Update #1 – for those companies taking advantage of the Dispatching Zone functionality, we have added the ability to filter the Customer Report by Zones.
This gives you the ability to create a list of all customers in a particular zone. From here you can target your customers for marketing purposes. This will allow you to concentrate your calls in an area and minimize drive time.
In addition, we added the Zone as a column in the spreadsheet. So, you could select all customers in the main report and export it to Excel. Then, within the spreadsheet itself you can sort and filter – two different ways to accomplish the same thing.
Customer Report Update #2 – we have included the Sales Tax Code in the spreadsheet that is downloaded. Now companies can quickly determine if all of the sales tax codes are set correctly for their customer base via the spreadsheet.
