Technician Pin Color
Want to change the pin colors of the Technicians? Well, now you can.
From the Settings menu, go the Technician List. Click to edit the desired technician and on the page you will see a new field for Pin Color. From here, you can select from among 25 colors.
The pin color is not open ended as we have certain colors that are reserved for the software – like black to denote an Open or Unassigned Call. Therefore, the list contains 25 colors that should provide enough variety for your company.
If you would like to see additional colors added to the list, please email the Help Desk with your desired colors.
