Tuesday Tool Tip – Customer Record Display Setting

Customer Record Display Setting – Service Agreement Table

When viewing a customer record from the Command Center, there is a table to display the status of both past and current Service
Agreements. At the top of the table, there is field that allows you to decide which service agreements to display.

There are three options:

  • All
  • Active
  • Inactive

The idea behind the filter is to make it easy to remove the clutter of past service agreements from your view. As such the default
view is to display only the Active service agreements.

That being said, P3 has a setting to allow each company to change the default filter option. Some companies like seeing All service
agreements as their default view.

To change this setting, from the Command Center:

  • Click Settings on the left hand menu
  • Under the Customer section, click General Settings
  • Go to the second section – Customer Page Display Settings
  • Change the value of the “Service Agreement Table Default View” setting as needed
